5oz Mott’s Clamato Extra Spicy
1oz Tequila
1 Tablespoon Texas Style Bold & Spicy BBQ Sauce
.5oz Lemon Juice
4 Dashes of Worcestershire
Southern Style BBQ Spice & Smoked Sea Salt
Ice
Garniture
Double Stacked Grilled Cheese on Texas Toast

1 Tablespoon Southern Style BBQ Spice
1 Tablespoon Smoked Sea Salt
Mix all ingredients together and use as a rimmer!
Préparation
1Rim a tall glass with Southern Style BBQ Spice blend and smoked sea salt.
2Add the tequila, Texas Style Bold & Spicy BBQ Sauce, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
3Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato Extra Spicy.
4Give the cocktail a stir to incorporate all the flavours together. Garnish with a double stacked grilled cheese made with Texas Toast.
