1 oz (30 mL) Vodka
1 tbsp Steak Sauce
4 Heavy Dashes of Chipotle Hot Sauce
.5 oz ReaLemon* Juice
2 oz (60 mL) Lager
5 oz (150 mL) Mott’s Clamato Reserve


Beef Jerky
Pickled Onions


2 tbsp Steak Spice
1 tbsp Mott’s Clamato Rimmer seasoning salt


1Rim glassware with steak spice and Mott’s Clamato Rimmer.

2Add vodka, steak sauce, chipotle hot sauce, ReaLemon juice and lager. Add ice.

3Top off with Mott’s Clamato Reserve. Stir well.

4Garnish with beef jerky and pickled onions.
