30ml Bourbon infused Wor.
25ml Als Hot sauce
30ml Jalapeno, lime, cilantro marinate
5ml Lime juice
Top with Mott's Clamato
Garniture
House made wasabi dusted stick of beef jerky
Pickled bean skewer
Lime wheel
House smoked nuts

Préparation
1Mix all ingredients (except Mott's Clamato) in a Boston mixing glass, strain into wasabi rimmed balloon glass, top with Mott's Clamato.
2Serve with house made wasabi dusted stick of beef jerky and pickled bean skewer, lime wheel and a side of house smoked nuts.
3Smoke with hickory wood chips in dome. Serve!
