Fresh Cut Lemon
Rimmer Salt
3 oz Smirnoff Vodka
1.5 oz Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 oz Pickled Bean Brine
12 oz Mott's Clamato Caesar Mix


Seafood Garnish


2 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
1/2 tsp flaked Canadian Sea Salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt (course grind)
Pinch of chilli flake
Combine in coffee grinder or food processor


1Fresh Cut Lemon to Moisten Rim then Dipped into In-house made Rimmer Salt and Fill 3/4 Mason Jar with Ice

2Add 1/4 Tsp Rimmer Salt on top of Ice, 3oz Smirnoff Vodka, 1.5oz Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, 1.5oz Pickled Bean Brine, 12oz Mott's Clamato Caesar Mix

3Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice to Finish

4Proceed to Adding Seafood Skewers and Cold Garnishes
