5oz Mott’s Clamato The Works
4 Dashes of Chipotle Hot Sauce
.5oz Lemon Juice
.75oz Pickled Jalapeno Juice
1oz Hickory BBQ Sauce
Southern Style Seasoning, Black Pepper, Sea Salt
Smoked Sausage on a Bun and Pickled Jalapenos
2 Tablespoons of Southern Style Seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
Mix all ingredients together and use as a rimmer!
1Rim a tall glass with southern style seasoning, black pepper and sea salt mixture.
2Add the whiskey, chipotle hot sauce, lemon juice, pickled jalapeno juice, hickory BBQ sauce.
3Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato The Works.
4Give the cocktail a stir to incorporate all the flavours together. Garnish with a Smoked Sausage on a bun with pickled jalapenos.
