1858 Caesar Bar was founded in 2018 after Stephen Walker created the OneShot Elixir. This elixir was debuted on Dragon’s Den. Stephen’s idea to create a Caesar Bar came to life and has grown in popularity. The original 1858 Caesar Bar opened in a small location in Collingwood, as the overwhelming popularity became apparent the location moved across the street to the current location. Since the opening a food menu was created featuring items like nachos, lobster grilled cheese, dill fries, & charcuterie boards among other small food items. Everyone that visits the bar loves the unique vibes and wild variety of Caesars we have to offer.

Nominations shall be submitted by residents of Canada who are legal drinking age or older in their province of residence. There are six (6) Prizes consisting of one (1) First Prize of $25,000 CDN, one (1) Second Prize of $15,000 CDN, one (1) Third Prize of $10,000 CDN (all awarded through form of a check to be won by a Bar/Restaurant) and up to three (3) Backyard Lounge Prizes (ARV: $5,000 CDN EA) to be won by Nominators. Odds of winning the First Prize, Second Prize or Third Prize depend on number of eligible entries received, judges’ scores and number of votes received.
