The cork & flame was founded in May of 2019 with the goal to be a destination restaurant in Winnipeg setting the standard for mouth watering food with an extensive selection of fine wines to pair. We bring upper class dining to a new level and strive to WOW our customers. In the last year we have redesigned our entire drink menu with more than 12 brand new signature cocktails that can only be found at the cork and flame with many more to come. We also put our spin on the classic cocktails from smoked old fashioned’s to flaming mojitos. Many of our food menu items are Greek but off an extensive selection of menu items so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Nominations shall be submitted by residents of Canada who are legal drinking age or older in their province of residence. There are six (6) Prizes consisting of one (1) First Prize of $25,000 CDN, one (1) Second Prize of $15,000 CDN, one (1) Third Prize of $10,000 CDN (all awarded through form of a check to be won by a Bar/Restaurant) and up to three (3) Backyard Lounge Prizes (ARV: $5,000 CDN EA) to be won by Nominators. Odds of winning the First Prize, Second Prize or Third Prize depend on number of eligible entries received, judges’ scores and number of votes received.
