5oz Mott’s Clamato Reserve
1oz Tequila
1oz Beet Juice
.5oz Lemon Juice
4 Dashes of Jalapeno Hot Sauce
Ice
Lemon Pepper Spice & Sea Salt
Beet Chips
Sliced Pickled Beets
2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Spice
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
Mix all ingredients together and use as a rimmer!
1Rim a tall glass with the lemon pepper spice mix and sea salt.
2Add the tequila, beet juice, lemon juice and jalapeno hot sauce.
3Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato Reserve.
4Give the cocktail a stir to incorporate all the flavours together. Garnish with beet chips and sliced pickled beets.
