Valentine’s Day Caesar

Ingredients

1 oz (30 mL) cinnamon-flavoured whisky
2 dashes cayenne hot sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
4 grinds fresh cracked black pepper
4 oz (120 mL) Mott’s Clamato Cocktail

Garnish

Fresh oyster on the half shell, sprinkled with chopped parsley
Cinnamon stick

Rim

Fresh cracked salt and black pepper with ground cinnamon

Instructions

1Rim a highball glass with citrus and rimmer.

2Fill the glass to the top with ice.

3Add the ingredients in the order listed.

4Stir well to mix the cocktail, and garnish.
