3 Amigos Caesar

5oz Mott’s Clamato Lime
1oz Tequila
6 Dashes of Hot Sauce
.5oz Lime Juice
1oz Taco Sauce
Taco Seasoning Mix, Dried Cilantro, Sea Salt
Ice

Cheesy Quesadilla

2 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Dried Cilantro
2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
Mix all ingredients together and use as a rimmer!

1Rim a tall glass with the taco seasoning mix, dried cilantro and sea salt mixture.

2Add the tequila, hot sauce, lime juice and taco sauce.

3Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato Lime.

4 Give the cocktail a stir to incorporate all the flavours together. Garnish with stacked Cheesy Quesadilla.
