Ingredients

¾ oz Dry Gin
¾ oz Sake
¼ oz House Shogun Sauce*
¼ oz of Lemon Juice
Mott’s Clamato Original
Diced Cucumber
Pickled Pink Ginger,
Lemon Slice
Spicy Nori Seaweed Leaf

Garnish

Lemon Slice,
Spicy Nori Seaweed Leaf
Pickled Pink Ginger
Diced Cucumber

Rim

Wasabi powder
Black sesame
White sesame
Celery salt
Black pepper

Instructions

1Rim a glass with a Lemon slice and apply rim mixture. Add Ice.

2Mix ¾ oz of Dry Gin, ¾ oz of Sake, ¼ oz of Lemon Juice and 1/8 oz of House Shogun Sauce. Pour into glass.

3Fill rest of glass with Mott’s Clamato Original.

4Add garnishes (Lemon Slice, Spicy Nori Seaweed Leaf). Add Ramen Spoon filled with Pickled Pink Ginger, Diced Cucumber, a pinch of the Rim Mixture and 1/8 oz of House Shogun Sauce".
