Mighty Memphis Mott’s Caesar

Ingredients

16oz Stein Mug
6 ounces Mott's Clamato
Ice cubes med size – ¾ full
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce 3M Sauce
Caesar rim salt
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Beef Rib
Memphis Rib
Lime wedge

Garnish

Memphis Baby Back Rib

Rim

2 tbsp Celery Salt
1 tbsp Memphis Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon pepper
1 tbsp Dill pickle popcorn salt
1 tbsp Beef bone steak rub
1 tbsp Garlic parmesan rub

3M Rib Sauce
2 oz Memphis Sauce
¼ tsp liquid smoke
½ oz bourbon

Instructions

1Add Memphis sauce to Beef Bone and place on charbroiler or bbq flip once sauce bubbles and repeat. Drop Memphis baby back ribs into deep fryer 12 seconds, toss in Memphis seasoning and skewer it.

2Line the rim of the glass with Memphis sauce – pour sauce on a sponge or a shallow plate or bowl. Dip the rimmed glass into rim salt mixture.

3Add Ice, vodka, franks, Worcestershire, ½ of Memphis sauce, Mott's clamato, other ½ Memphis sauce.

4Remove beef rib from charbroiler and place on skewer. Add Memphis baby back rib to Caesar. Add both to glass. Add lime wedge.
