1 oz (30 mL) radish and dill infused gin 3 dashes jalapeño hot sauce 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce 3 grinds fresh cracked salt and black pepper 4 oz (120 mL) Mott’s Clamato Pickled Bean Cocktail
Radish rose Sprig of fresh dill
Celery salt or Mott’s Clamato Rimmer
1Rim a highball glass with citrus and rimmer.
2Fill the glass to the top with ice.
3Add the ingredients in the order listed.
4Stir well to mix the cocktail, and garnish.
