The English Breakfast Caesar

Ingredients

.75oz Pimm’s
.75oz Gin
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Cucumber Juice
.5oz Ginger Juice
.25oz Worcestershire Sauce
Barspoon of Brown Sauce
Pinch of Marmite
5oz Mott’s Clamato Reserve

Garnish

Cold Steeped Tea Bag
In a food processor add: 2 whole Thai red chillies, ½ cup of fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, 2 teaspoon of English Breakfast tea, ½ teaspoon Marmite, 6 large basil leaves.
Pulse the mixture until it’s roughly chopped, and all ingredients are blended well.
Portion the mixture into tea bags. 1 tablespoon of mixture into 1 tea bag.

Instructions

1Rim the tall tea tumbler with lemon juice then give it a good rim with the rimmer mix. Add the Pimm’s, gin, lemon juice, cucumber juice, ginger juice, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sauce.

2Add ice and give the Caesar a stir to blend all the ingredients together. Add the Mott’s Clamato Reserve.

3Add the tea bag. Let it steep for 1 minute. (Longer if you like your drink spicier!)

4Drink it from the tumbler or pour into two rimmed coffee cups to share with a friend!
