5oz Mott’s Clamato The Works
1oz Dark Rum
1oz Jerk Marinade
.5oz Lime Juice
.75oz Pineapple Juice
3 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning & Smoked Sea Salt
Spicy Beef Jerky
2 Tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Smoked Sea Salt
Mix all ingredients together and use as a rimmer!
1Rim a tall glass with the Jamaican jerk seasoning and smoked sea salt.
2Add the dark rum, jerk marinade, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice.
3Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato The Works.
4Give the cocktail a stir to incorporate all the flavours together. Garnish with spicy beef jerky and skewered pineapple.
