5oz Mott’s Clamato Pickled Bean
.5oz Hot Sauce
.75oz Red Wine
.5oz Lemon Juice
Greek Seasoning, Cracked Pepper, Sea Salt
Skewered Aged Cheddar
1 Tablespoon Greek Seasoning
1⁄2 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
1⁄2 Tablespoon Sea Salt
Mix all ingredients together and use as a rimmer!
1Rim a tall glass with Greek Seasoning, cracked black pepper and sea salt.
2Add the gin, hot sauce, red wine, lemon juice.
3Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato Pickled Bean.
4Give the cocktail a stir to incorporate all the flavours together. Garnish with pepperoni sticks and skewered aged cheddar.
